17th May 2024 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny and warm Max Speed: Distance Covered: Friday 17th May - walks **** – Around Felixstowe – sunny and warm. What a lovely day, sunny, still and warm again, as our van had to go into the garage early I headed down to Felixstowe Ferry for a quick walk around and take some pics for the TV weather, I sent in loads, I was lucky enough to get one on the lunch time Look East onn the BBC, Julie again, she seems to like me this week as I have had 5 on the TV thius week:) Then home for breakfast before we had to walk around to pick up Maeva for the day, it is her mum Jays birthday and we would be seeing her later:) Home through the town and we filled up the little water table for Maeva in the garden, she was not overly keen on the water but it was nice to be out in the garden, Rue the black cat was loving the garden parasol. Then after lunch we walked down to the beach for a walk along the prom ending up having a cuppa and biscuit on the beach having a great time with pebbles on the biscuit tin, we loved it. Home with Maeva dozing Jay turned up having the flaky pastry octopus for tea with Maeva having her favourite, cheesy beans:) Dan couldn’t join us till around 8 when we did Jays Birthday cake to end a top day!
